General Provisions

LandData Explorer (the "Service") is an online platform at landdata.com.ua that provides analytical tools for researching Ukraine's agricultural land market. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Description of Services

The Service provides the following tools:

  • Charts of agricultural land price trends across Ukraine, by region and district
  • A calculator for the market value of a land plot
  • A database of agricultural land purchase-and-sale deals with filtering and Excel export

Some features are available for free after registration. Extended access is granted after payment of the corresponding plan.

Registration and Account

Registration is required to access extended features. The user agrees to:

  • Provide a current email address
  • Not share account access with third parties
  • Notify the administration in case of unauthorized account use

Payment and Access

Payment is made by bank card transfer using the details provided after selecting a plan. Access opens after the administrator confirms payment — usually within 5–15 minutes during business hours.

Plans:

  • Free — access after registration, no time limit
  • One-Time ($2) — one Calculator Pro calculation + extended access to analytics
  • Professional ($13) — unlimited calculations for 30 days + full access to all features

Refunds

If access has not been granted within 24 hours of confirmed payment, the full amount is refunded. To request a refund, contact the administration via Telegram. Refunds are not issued once access has been granted.

Data Sources and Liability

Data on land purchase-and-sale deals is provided by the State Geocadastre of Ukraine and is public. The Service is not responsible for the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the source data. Calculator results are estimates and do not constitute an official valuation of property.

Prohibited Actions

Users are prohibited from:

  • Reselling or transferring data obtained through the Service to third parties for commercial purposes
  • Automated data collection (parsing, scraping) without written permission
  • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Taking any action that disrupts the Service's operation

Privacy

The Service stores the user's email address and name solely to support account operation. Data is not shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes.

Changes to Terms

The administration reserves the right to change these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
