Purpose of use: for personal peasant use (it is possible to change the purpose of land plots for commercial use - for tourist infrastructure, or industrial use - solar energy). The plots of land are located between the villages of Tybava and Dusyno (Mount Verkh) at an altitude of 750 m above sea level. in the west and rises to the east to a height of 900 m above sea level. The length of the land massif from west to east is about 3000 meters. (see attachments) A beech forest grows mainly around the perimeter of the land massif. Under the peak at an altitude of 800 meters there is a well with a fairly large flow of water. The plots of land are separated by a dirt road along the entire length (see the diagram). There are two approaches to this peak: from the village of Dusyno (today it is washed out in several places), and from the village of Tybava, which can be reached by motor vehicle (the length of the road from the village of Tybava to the plot of land is 3 km.)
